Challenge

The company has low client-return numbers and is receiving negative reviews due to the photographers' not making the clients feel comfortable in front of the camera during the photo shoot.

Solution

This is an Instructor-Led Training designed and developed to help photographers engage in effective techniques to help clients feel comfortable in front of the camera during photo shoots. It consists of a Canva slide deck, a Facilitator's guide, a Participant's Guide, a Job Aid, and an eLearning activity to practice the skills.
